Judy Blake Rediscover Passion

When you were younger you were probably passionate about a zillion things.  Maybe you loved a film so much that you had to watch it every single day.  (Mine was The Wizard of Oz, but I digress.)  Maybe you fancied a girl or guy so much that you would chase their car home after school or ride by their house hoping to catch a glimpse.  Or maybe it was dinosaurs, Legos, Barbie Dolls, dress up, carnivals, sports…  What do those interests say about you?

Whatever it was (is), there are very few kids or teenagers in the world who feel middle of the road about anything.  As a kid you either love it, or you hate it.  That’s called being passionate.

Here comes the “but”.  But if you’re like most people today, then you probably find yourself doing things half-heartedly, seldom excited about anything on a day-to-day basis. Thus the expression… “same old, same old”.  Surely you can do better than that.

  1. Remember Your Old Favorites

Take a walk down memory lane.  The best way to reconnect to your passions is to think about what you used to love in any and all categories.  When you were younger you probably wanted to be an astronaut or a princess or both (think of movies, free play, and Halloween when you were little) and it’s only as we get older that we are told to find something more ‘adult’ to be interested in.

Those old loves are still there, just beneath the surface.  Get in touch with the kid in you. What have you lost touch with?  What was it that caused a spark in you?

And just because you might not realistically become an astronaut (this isn’t one of those articles), that doesn’t mean you can’t still chase a passion for space, or for travel, or for science and new horizons – whatever it was that originally drove you to feel so strongly.

  1. Give it a New Look

Sometimes you will find that you have lost interest in the things that once were so amazing to you, and if that’s the case, no worries.  Just as easily you can also try adding a new spin to an old passion.

For instance, if you used to love cartoons, maybe you would enjoy comic books, or animation.  Maybe a trip to Disneyworld and experience it through a child’s eyes. Rediscovering old passions is about rekindling respect for the past, leading you into new growth and development and not forcing a square peg back into an old, round hole. Have fun with it, and bring more fun and zest into your life.  Paying attention to your passions very often allows you to get clear on living a purpose-filled life.

  1. Share

Please share your passions with me and this blog with a friend…  As a result of my mother’s background and seeing the child star, Shirley Temple, on TV – I loved to tap dance.  It is upbeat, great exercise and lifts my spirits!

Now it’s your turn…

To Passion!

Judy Blake at The Big Shift Experience – March 2016

Sit with me a moment, won’t you?  This chair has your name on it!  And it’s your chance to experience a Big Shift in your life.

Go get your journal and a pen please; I’ll wait.

If you do not already have what you want in your life, I have news for you.  God (the divine presence in all and the very foundation of the presence of life) is great; yet if you are waiting for his/her/its help, remember ‘God helps those who help themselves’.  Let go of wasting precious time wishing, hoping, begging to God.  The reason is because you already are all that God is and the answers are already with in you.  So let’s man up!

First:  Get quiet and Live into these questions, as your answers are in the question:

What lights you up in YOUR life?

Why is it important for you to succeed?

In what ways are you holding yourself back:

a. In your relationships?
b. In your business or work?
c. In your health or wellbeing?
d. In finances that allow for more time, freedom, and quality of life?

Next: It’s time to get real… (I have done this myself so get comfortable and dive in to the truth).

Life is FINITE…you only get one shot at it this lifetime.  Do you wish to live it and love it?  Or simply watch it pass you by with your face in a screen?  You are every bit as worthy as those that are living the “good” life. I want you to know I am here for you, to walk with you as you make your life matter focusing on your strengths (and you do have many).  You were born with them.

Take advantage of my free offer to share time with you on a complimentary call.  Begin the change of new ways of being, seeing, and doing.  Please share with your friends and don’t forget to sign in for the free eBook:  The mindset that MATTERS!

Positivity begets more positive experiences.

Is your past holding you back?  There is that which you remember and know of your past, and then… there is also that which is unseen, making itself cozy in your subconscious mind.

Feeling Stuck?  Life not looking like you thought it would, or should?  Don’t let your past persuade you from stepping into a great future.

I always say, “Nobody gets through life without stuff”.  Perhaps you had a less than “Leave it to Beaver”-style childhood or endured challenging situations as an adult.  If moving beyond your past has been difficult, make the decision with me now to LIVE in the PRESENT.  Doing so brings more joy and fulfillment to your life and sets you up for a brighter future.  If struggle begets more struggle, then the opposite is true:

Positivity begets more positive experiences.

In the Inner Architect Program, the tools are available to move you into living a life that you design.  Regardless of past experiences, you have the ability to move forward and begin living in the present.

Admittedly, this will require some time and effort, but you can practice any time you like.

Live Consciously.  Try the following to inspire your desire to stay in the moment:

  1. Accept the past. It is what it was; so make peace with it.  Can’t change it.  Learn from it.  Even if it was something you couldn’t control or perhaps you were a victim, get in touch with that.  How did the situation make you feel at the time? Today is a new day.  Even the airlines now require you to reduce the size of your carry-on baggage, or they charge you to carry the extra!  You have carried the baggage around long enough.  Once your feelings are clear to you, you can let go… you are free to fly!  Focus on the flight!
  1. Be clear: YOU ARE NOT YOUR PAST! You may not have realized it until this moment, but you are your own authority of your perception about what happened.  You are now more powerful than ever because of it.  Take what you can learn from the experiences and trash the rest.  The sooner the better.
  1. Let go. Declutter the mind.  It’s a process and it takes awareness.  Go on a negative fast. Imagine a large balloon and fill it with all the negative thoughts of a circumstance or situation and visualize it lifting away out of view, never to be returned.
  1. Do a Life ‘Do Over’. Get your journal.  Write freely without any personal censorship.  Reflect on where you see yourself living:  what kind of work are you doing?  Maybe you’ve spent enough time wishing, hoping and researching, and it is time to take action.
  1. Redesign your life and live the life you choose. You have more personal power than you realize.  If you’ve already got what you want, great!  The purpose of all this is to support you in redesigning your life so that you can live a more meaningful empowered life; full of zest. You were born for greatness.  There’s no time like the present to live the life you want.
  1. Live Fully in each moment. Spend your moments fully engaged in whatever you’re doing right now, regardless of the list of things you have to do.  You’ve probably experienced the frustration and irritation of being involved in one activity while you’re actually thinking about another task or activity you need to complete, an indication of the need to FOCUS in the here and now.
  1. Get in touch with your emotions. Many are honestly afraid to ‘feel’, but our emotions are our hearts speaking to us and asking us to pay attention.  Examine how you feel when you are you energized, or when your mood is low?  What are the triggers of those emotions?  Increase awareness of your own emotions throughout the day as you go from task to task.  Living in the present means living consciously.

Letting go changes your life, empowering you to live a more fulfilling life. Without a good coach or mentor to keep you on track, the subconscious patterns command a strong pull back to your old ingrained habits.  The end result is a treadmill kind of life, repeating the same old, same old… over and over again.  It reminds me of a herd of cows just milling around until it’s their time.

What will it take for you to MOOve into a life that you Love?

I would love to hear from you on this…

“Neither lofty degree of intelligence, nor imagination, nor both together go to the making of genius. Love, love, love, is the soul of genius.”

– Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart

By definition genius means:  a disposition or aptitude of mind which is peculiar to each man, is endowed by nature and which qualifies him for certain kinds of action or special success in any pursuit; special taste, inclination, or disposition; as, a genius for history, for poetry, or painting.

What comes to mind for most are names in history, serving as models of genius in all fields covering a wide spectrum from music, art, science, math, and other successes.  Einstein, Mozart, Da Vinci, Michael Jordan, John Lennon.  Yet super intelligence is not necessary.  Although you may not have made your mark (as yet) in the annals of history you are no less a genius!

“Every child is born a genius.”

– Albert Einstein

Yes, we are all born with gifts or develop skills and talents; our genius will vary, but be assured: the truth of Who You Really Are is vast, and your genius i.e. greatness, already exists deep within you.  As a creative being, your great joy is to discover and be in your genius.

A few markers to take note of your genius:

  • Notice when you are experiencing a heightened state of energy when engaged in a project or activity… something you are really into!
  • Notice when you are “IN THE ZONE”.
  • Notice how quickly time passes.
  • Notice when you are moving through things with ease and effortlessness.
  • Notice an increased flow of aliveness within as you give your gift to the world.
  • Notice how contagious the energy circulates in a group.
  • Notice the vitality within and get present to it.
  • Notice that you are not just talking about it, but when you are actually being it.

To develop some self-awareness, do a weekly energy audit and review your activities both internally and externally.  Ask what am I doing at the times when my energy feels low?  And what am I doing when I feel charged and alive that allows me to feel this good?  The expression, “Time flies when you are having fun” is perfectly suited here.

For myself, I used to teach a fitness program and when I would lead the group inspired by the music, I literally could feel everything within me rise to a heightened state of absolute joy, and the smile on my face was bigger and brighter, just bursting in those moments.  I would feel radiant.  To this day I experience the same when I am free to dance to music I love!

Keep in mind you are always free to do whatever and whenever you want to live and be in your genius. The only one stopping you is you!!

To Your Genius!!

I would love to hear from you… what is your genius?

What are the markers that you experience?

Success – imagine the super sweet smile on your face when you pair up thoughts of success and you!  Success means different things to different people depending on your values and priorities.  Nonetheless, it is probably safe to say that the majority of people will identify money as the primary marker of success, as it generally includes more than meeting your basic needs, but rather the means to enjoy life more freely.

Do you have what you want in your life?  Are you aware that You were born for greatness? And you have every right to have whatever it is that you want.  It is known as your birthright.  If you don’t have it – it is time you do!

So what is blocking you?  Want to know ‘what you are doing wrong’?  Let’s get to the point! It’s your mindset – the deeply ingrained patterns of automatic thoughts that are sourced in your subconscious and that unconsciously surface ‘thoughtlessly’ and effortlessly. These patterns of thought (limiting beliefs) fall primarily into the following categories:

“Not good enough” – Totally untrue but very common. Very often there is a lack of confidence, but this can be overcome with stepping into new experiences again and again.

Resistance to Change – Often associated with a fear of the unknown, resulting in a failure to explore new opportunities and missing opportunities for growth, freedom, and change for the better.

Dependencies or Co-Dependencies – This limiting belief relies on the thinking that happiness and success is outside of you, and results from behaviors or circumstances outside of our control, when personal control comes from within.

Negative Expectations – The subconscious is driving your vehicle… that would be the invisible part of you! The reasons for negative expectations may vary, but ultimately they result in creating self-fulfilling prophesies. If deep within the subconscious you believe “I can’t do that or achieve that”, then you are likely then to create just that – (sabotage) a negative outcome, or in an attempt to play it safe, you do not move past your perceived threshold. Perhaps you feel that life is a constant struggle and the next negative event is just around the corner. Releasing negative expectations is key to any form of success you may wish to achieve.

I don’t deserve – This limiting belief is one of inferiority. Because we unconsciously believe that we don’t deserve, we participate in life with low expectations for success, or often don’t even try.

Victim of Circumstances – Life doesn’t just happen TO you, but THROUGH you. Don’t get comfortable here. ‘Victims’ tend to accept unhappiness, or failure, as if it just happened ‘to’ them. It is their lack of awareness of how life really works that is missing. ‘Victims’ often feel helpless, and do not realize that they have the PERSONAL POWER to change their circumstances. As a result, they fail to take control in creating what they want, overcoming circumstances. Often many successful people fail a few times, using their failed experiences as feedback towards taking the next steps toward success.

Procrastination – Any success requires action and follow through; without it, it is simply entertainment, and you are likely to find yourself back on the treadmill of wishful thinking and excuse making, preparing to repeat the pattern.

Earning Approval for Love of Others – This is a time when it is healthy to concentrate your thoughts and focus on creating the success for you first and foremost – not for the approval of others. Doing things for the wrong reasons sacrifices your individual needs and goals for someone else’s approval that may never come to pass.

Excuses – These are the so called, “good reasons” rationalization for why certain things can’t or shouldn’t be done. You think you are doing it as an act of safety when often you are simply holding yourself back from availing an opportunity. If you want to see positive change – the excuses have to go! I call this fear!

Do any of these describe you?  If yes, then there’s some shifting that needs to be done if you want more out of life.  In whatever area you choose.  And before you catch yourself doubting or objecting… the rich people, the healthy people, and the happy people have already figured this out whether they did it deliberately or by default.

  • Think about it: What do you want that is missing in your life?
  • What is the struggle, problem, or dissatisfaction, i.e., the pain point in your life?
  • Does it have to do with relationships, health/weight, work, income, time and freedom?

If you desire something more than what you presently have, clearly it is possible as you see others living the example.

Now, before you automatically start making excuses to yourself – “don’t have the money, don’t have the time, it’s too overwhelming with everything going on in my life.”

STOP!

Catch your breath! It requires a different mindset, one in which you may have to grow into, beyond the point or place where you are. Ultimately – it leaves a gap that needs to be bridged.

One of the single most effective success-accelerators is life coaching, to bridge the gap to create the new life you wish.  It is statistically shown that those that work with a coach are 98% more effective in making the desired shifts in their lives.  A coach or mentor helps breathe life into your intentions, keeping you focused, on point while transforming them into concrete goals, and then providing you with the transformational tools and motivation you need to turn those goals into reality.

What Olympian contender, team, or little league team functions without a coach for leadership, education, and direction?  The same applies to you.  Not every life experience offers opportunities for success, therefore if you need support and optimal function – look to a transformational life coach!  YOU are worth investing in yourself – from seeing your worthiness to have what it is you want.  So many times we put our children ahead of ourselves and I am going to tell you that once you are happy, and your children witness the shift in you, the energetic dynamic in your household will improve exponentially.

As an Inner Architect… life by design Life Coach I offer a plan for maximum effectiveness in:

    • Breaking free from limiting beliefs and self-sabotage for accelerated results
    • Creating and amplifying your vision, while activating your best resources
    • Strategies for overcoming fear, doubt and worry
    • Using your current conditions as levers for achieving your goals
    • Understanding the missing and often misunderstood elements of effective goal achieving
    • Developing authentic confidence

Mindfulness

In the past I often had to remind myself to get present or be present, as I have found myself looking back, wondering, and reflecting about a past event that was already here and gone. When I think about the hours of rumination that have been lost to thinking twice about a decision – ok honestly, closer to obsessing, about something already said, done, and gone, I have to say:  “What a waste!”

It’s too late to do anything about it now except perhaps to put it to rest. The persistent mind, if not focused and disciplined, is a controlling creature of habit that potentially steals the most precious non-renewable resource you and I have… time, right out from underneath us.

If it is not the past, then there is always its polar opposite – the future. We know that when we ask questions like, “What’s next?” in a split second, before there is even a consciousness about it, yep, you got it… into the future we go thinking about the next day, weekend, trip, career change, move; the list is endless.

So what about the present? Well, in the spiritual sense, it is a highly aware state, the NOW, the mindfulness of being right here – right now. You can’t struggle to attain it, but you can learn to go deeper than the superficial mind, with its constant activity and its need to escape. That’s the beauty of mediation.

It is a natural state of calm awareness without distraction from the ‘monkey mind’.

All of our daily activities can be done with more mindfulness, where in so doing we cultivate a greater awareness. Think about driving for example. I hate to think how many times my car did the driving itself while I sat behind the wheel – almost in a trance.

As a practice, we can begin to focus more awareness on what is right before us – as we view the magnificence of nature, engage in a project, are in the zone, or enmeshed in a moment of passion. (Or driving a car!)

We can meditate more, in addition to taking advantage of each moment; appreciating what we see, witness, or are surrounded by. Being mindful will allow us to take more notice of kind words and acts, and acknowledge them; be better listeners, be more compassionate in our relationships, and be better coworkers.

We can truly experience the sun, stars, clear skies, the moon, the flowers in bloom, and the rain that nourishes all of life in ways that we might ordinarily miss. These are simple acts of joy.

Engaging, noticing, or creating conscious, generative acts of joy and gratitude in life mindfully, we are able to create fuller, joy-filled enriched lives. What a Gift!

What is your experience with mindfulness or of being present? How has it benefited you? I would love to create an interactive blog for others to benefit from your experiences or insights.

Make it a great day, a great life!!

It’s a new dawn. It’s a new day… what will you do with it?

As the early morning sunrise peeks over the horizon, remember you have the opportunity to create the kind of day you wish to experience – pending, of course, on your perception. Never mind that you may have high pressure meetings or a list of tasks as long as a meter stick. It’s your perception of the day that matters. So while your head is still on the pillow, at the very moment you awaken and your eyes open, take a moment and let it register… this is a once in a lifetime day.

You will NEVER, ever get to relive this exact day. So with that thought in mind, what kind of day will you create? Will you choose an O.K., so-so kind of day? A so far so good, complacent kind of day? Don’t settle when just as effortlessly you can choose a GREAT, Thank God I’m alive kind of day.

Breathe and become present to this opportune moment. How you welcome in this gift of life will make a significant difference as to how the day unfolds. Starting with your thoughts and perceptions, each of these days builds upon the next and seemingly gradually, yet all too quickly becomes a life.

Want a GREAT life? Make the decision to review, and modify your thoughts to create it – – beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. “It’s a new dawn. It’s a new day. It’s a new life.” How extraordinarily grateful and blessed am I to have this day.

Make it a great one – One day at a time!

Great question… make friends with it and get to know it. Your paradigms are powerful, and can make a huge difference in the quality of your life as it is expressed. By definition it’s a compilation of beliefs, patterns, and habits that shape our current results that drive us close to the familiar – again and again. Be it consciously and more specifically unconsciously, paradigms are the deeply buried thoughts you are not aware of. The reality is that we are only in charge of about 10% of our thinking mind and the other 90% is beneath the surface – much like an iceberg. Most are only truly aware of the tip and we fail to recognize the size of the massive ice block.

For example, all too often we see ourselves in the physical form, as a body, failing to put it together that our body is a manifestation of mind. There are lots of magazines and advertisements for diets, weight loss, and pharmaceuticals all geared to improve or heal the body. But what if we worked on the mind and our paradigms to create the change we wish to be, we wish to see?

That’s the ultimate of recognizing and Taking your Power back!

How, you may ask….

  1. Conscious creation. Reprogram your conscious mind – empower the 10% part of you to take greater control of your life and live a better quality of life.
  1. Start by determining what is dissatisfying to you. What is occurring between you and what is happening? Answer: The thought!
  1. Pay attention to your thoughts. Negative thoughts beget negative outcomes. A RED FLAG. So too is the reverse true for positive thoughts begetting positive outcomes.
  1. Create and replace negative thinking with positive constructs. You create your thoughts! Focus on solutions or opportunities.
  1. Accept your situation as what is or isn’t… without judgment. That allows you to remove the negativity around it. You must first accept it before you can change it. It allows you to move forward.

For example, instead of saying how much you hate or dislike something – let’s say your job, search consciously to find something positive you can focus on in your day’s work, or see the silver lining in it. Maybe your current job allows you to pay the bills while you develop another passionate interest.

  1. Think about it; the past and future do not exist. You have NOW. The most important time in your life is NOW.
  1. Catch your thoughts around your belief systems. Limiting beliefs are just that… thoughts that hold you back from creating what you want out of life. You must catch it to shift it.

Hear yourself when you speak in absolutes… “Making money is hard.” “I don’t have enough education or training to be successful…” NOT TRUE. Rewrite the belief. Making money can be easy; there are millions of people who are thriving with ease. There are many who are extremely successful without college educations, or others who decide what they want and invest in the training.

Thoughts are made out of energy – increasing and repeating your positive thoughts eventually squeezes out the negative and contributes to raising your frequency and vibration to attract that which you intend or desire.

Oprah once said, “Be responsible for the energy you bring into the room”. Best to always come from a place of love. Love is not just a feeling, but an energy. We live in a world where hurt people often hurt other people. When hurt, release what happened as quickly as possible, and not allow the negativity to have power. That’s called Forgiveness, of yourself and others.

Congratulations on the clearer, courageous, more conscious you!

What is the one paradigm that you are aware of that needs to shift? If you need support, feel free to schedule a complimentary session at JudyBlake.com.

Concepts of Compensation

10 Key Concepts of Compensation:

The Law of Compensation. Ever hear of it? Perhaps not in those terms, but it is one of Life’s fundamental laws that are always running, much like your operating system, whether you’re aware of how it works or not. Compensation simply means equal return for that which is given. It’s not rocket science; you will know if it is not working, if you’re feeling dissatisfied with where things are at in your life.

So, ask yourself, do you find a committed balance in life between the effort you expend and the results that you experience in your work/service, relationships, health, personal freedom or control, versus the investment of quality time, hours, energy, thought, and preparation?  If dissatisfied, most people will claim and attempt to justify that there is some kind of injustice, or make excuses.  Our ‘mistakes’ are not made intentionally, but rather due to our misunderstanding of the law and its miscalculation of how things really work.

So, time to reboot!

  1. Use the keys of this law to lift you out of your current place to that place where you ‘rightfully belong’, living a life you love that is of your design. To not realize that you have both the right and power to achieve success in all aspects is our first limitation.
  2. To not realize that the things that you want that appear outside of you, already exists within you… second limitation.
  3. And to think the dissatisfaction is due to a set of circumstances or condition… third limitation.
  4. Now… Let’s turn it around. Realize the Law doesn’t need to change…Just you. The law is already working for many and may even be working in some aspects of your life, however missing or subpar in other parts of your life. Quite simply it’s a matter of having been operating out of alignment with a higher vibrational truth.
  5. How or what you might ask will it take to shift? Awareness. Start by becoming aware of the repetitive thoughts of the thousands that quickly flash by on a daily basis in your mind.  Emerson, says that, “the key to every man is his thought”, and to be more specific, the ‘right use’ of thought.  See:  Thoughts are Things.
  6. Speak only superior thoughts over any inferior, low vibrational thoughts. No room for blame, gossip, or naysaying! Any snag you have with someone or something is actually based in your mentality somewhere. Own it!

Think constructively of all people, events, and circumstances.

  1. Speak not of scarcity or lack by whining, bemoaning, criticizing, but of solution. Unlimited thinking requires a change in your perception and noticing instead the ideal or value of the condition. Ask yourself, “How can I see this differently? If it were better what would I imagine it to look like?”
  2. Once you change the vision of what you see, so too will the condition. The power is in the perception. Focus on creating and living a life you love; it’s up to you, as you are the driving force behind the why, the reason, and the motivation of your choices.
  3. When old habits start creeping up… and they will, give your attention to the ideal vision to override the habit of being pulled back into a fruitless comfort zone. Making the commitment with a mentor makes a significant difference, in living a life that is charged with zest, vitality, and accelerated results!
  4. Think of the law of compensation as you would of your bank deposits. Every time you choose constructive, positive thoughts, you are making a very wise investment in your personal and business accounts.

Free will and choice are givens. So whether it’s in the  workplace, home or play, these concepts are applicable across the board. Ask what is life giving back to you today? Happiness, health, abundance, or dissatisfaction, negativity, and lack?  You already know the answer, so with more awareness, take action!

Make a difference in your life and the lives of others.  Share this with those who matter… that would be everyone!

Make it a Great Day, as each day adds up to be a Great Life!

Father's Day

For the many fathers who are active parents involved in the lives of your children imparting words of wisdom and genuine love, I salute you. HAPPY FATHER’S DAY!  And for the many blessed children of active fathers, I congratulate you, as it allows you to live and love wholly, enabling one to more likely attract and choose future partners capable of being loving in return.  You have much to be grateful for.

But what about the ‘fatherless’ on Father’s Day for whom there is no Hallmark card.

In death, there is loss and grief and the lingering sadness that Dad is gone from this life forever.  Grief is individual, yet what has once been shared while together remains within you and your heart.  I believe that those that physically leave us are assuredly with us in spirit.  Another opportunity for gratitude! Honoring Dad is still available, perhaps by enjoying a favorite food while relishing the memory, attend an event, or visit a place that you had experienced together that may have meant a lot to him, enabling you to reflect and to feel his presence and warm smile.

Then there are the ‘fatherless’; those with absentee fathers, or those that are MIA, creating a sense of loss and heartache.  How can we feel grateful if feeing abandoned, hurt, or emotionally scarred?  There is indeed a gift in this.  By your very birth alone, you were blessed with LIFE!  You have had a father, even if he failed to meet responsibilities or approval; he was, in part, responsible for your very creation of life and thus your presence in this abundant world.

Unintentionally, he likely bestowed on you the gift of self-reliance, your ability to overcome life’s challenges.  In addition to being grateful, there is an opportunity for forgiveness that which frees you, not him, of the pain that may potentially interfere in the flow of your life.  Regardless of the circumstances, there is the available choice to make a conscious decision as to how to live life differently.

Father’s Day is a day of honoring, but equally important, a day of gratitude and forgiveness, necessities for your happiness.  Let’s not forget that it may be also be a day to recognize many Moms, who were often pinch-hitting for Dad.

Happy Father’s Day to the Father in your Life!
