Judy Blake Conceive Believe Achieve

Conceive an idea, Believe it is yours to execute, and Achieve it successfully. GET it?  In doing so, you grow, expand, and thrive.  The most important key to remember is that the idea must come through you.  In other words, something that truly inspires you and that you really want.  There’s nothing more empowering than coming to the realization that you can have, do, and be anything you want!

The problem for most people is that they don’t believe it is possible for them. And yet that is nothing more than a limiting belief. Check that one at the door immediately because it simply is not true.

The old adage “seek and ye shall find” remains as true as ever.  If you look for proof that achieving big goals, big dreams, and living a life of excitement and success is possible… you will find it.

If the inner critic surfaces… and you look for proof that life is difficult, big goals are impossible to achieve, and success is reserved only for a select few… well, you are certain to find that as well.

Over the next couple days you are going to realize that not only is success possible for you, it is inevitable.  Listen to the introduction below and then start the course!

An exciting future awaits you.  Your journey begins now.  Name it, claim it, and let’s get started!

Judy Blake Rediscover Passion

When you were younger you were probably passionate about a zillion things.  Maybe you loved a film so much that you had to watch it every single day.  (Mine was The Wizard of Oz, but I digress.)  Maybe you fancied a girl or guy so much that you would chase their car home after school or ride by their house hoping to catch a glimpse.  Or maybe it was dinosaurs, Legos, Barbie Dolls, dress up, carnivals, sports…  What do those interests say about you?

Whatever it was (is), there are very few kids or teenagers in the world who feel middle of the road about anything.  As a kid you either love it, or you hate it.  That’s called being passionate.

Here comes the “but”.  But if you’re like most people today, then you probably find yourself doing things half-heartedly, seldom excited about anything on a day-to-day basis. Thus the expression… “same old, same old”.  Surely you can do better than that.

  1. Remember Your Old Favorites

Take a walk down memory lane.  The best way to reconnect to your passions is to think about what you used to love in any and all categories.  When you were younger you probably wanted to be an astronaut or a princess or both (think of movies, free play, and Halloween when you were little) and it’s only as we get older that we are told to find something more ‘adult’ to be interested in.

Those old loves are still there, just beneath the surface.  Get in touch with the kid in you. What have you lost touch with?  What was it that caused a spark in you?

And just because you might not realistically become an astronaut (this isn’t one of those articles), that doesn’t mean you can’t still chase a passion for space, or for travel, or for science and new horizons – whatever it was that originally drove you to feel so strongly.

  1. Give it a New Look

Sometimes you will find that you have lost interest in the things that once were so amazing to you, and if that’s the case, no worries.  Just as easily you can also try adding a new spin to an old passion.

For instance, if you used to love cartoons, maybe you would enjoy comic books, or animation.  Maybe a trip to Disneyworld and experience it through a child’s eyes. Rediscovering old passions is about rekindling respect for the past, leading you into new growth and development and not forcing a square peg back into an old, round hole. Have fun with it, and bring more fun and zest into your life.  Paying attention to your passions very often allows you to get clear on living a purpose-filled life.

  1. Share

Please share your passions with me and this blog with a friend…  As a result of my mother’s background and seeing the child star, Shirley Temple, on TV – I loved to tap dance.  It is upbeat, great exercise and lifts my spirits!

Now it’s your turn…

To Passion!

Judy Blake Big Shift

Judy Blake at The Big Shift Experience – March 2016

Sit with me a moment, won’t you?  This chair has your name on it!  And it’s your chance to experience a Big Shift in your life.

Go get your journal and a pen please; I’ll wait.

If you do not already have what you want in your life, I have news for you.  God (the divine presence in all and the very foundation of the presence of life) is great; yet if you are waiting for his/her/its help, remember ‘God helps those who help themselves’.  Let go of wasting precious time wishing, hoping, begging to God.  The reason is because you already are all that God is and the answers are already with in you.  So let’s man up!

First:  Get quiet and Live into these questions, as your answers are in the question:

What lights you up in YOUR life?

Why is it important for you to succeed?

In what ways are you holding yourself back:

a. In your relationships?
b. In your business or work?
c. In your health or wellbeing?
d. In finances that allow for more time, freedom, and quality of life?

Next: It’s time to get real… (I have done this myself so get comfortable and dive in to the truth).

Life is FINITE…you only get one shot at it this lifetime.  Do you wish to live it and love it?  Or simply watch it pass you by with your face in a screen?  You are every bit as worthy as those that are living the “good” life. I want you to know I am here for you, to walk with you as you make your life matter focusing on your strengths (and you do have many).  You were born with them.

Take advantage of my free offer to share time with you on a complimentary call.  Begin the change of new ways of being, seeing, and doing.  Please share with your friends and don’t forget to sign in for the free eBook:  The mindset that MATTERS!

Wake up to feeling ALIVE!

Judy Blake Blog

Two months into the New Year and two months deeper in the trenches of northern winters… How are you doing so far?

Review, reflect and reignite!  Each day accumulates and contributes to an improved way of being.  Think of it as “tweaking you”.

Be the change starting today.

  • My health matters to me.
  • My life is precious.
  • I fulfill my potential and spend as many years as possible with my loved ones.
  • I form healthy habits that promote my physical and mental well-being.

With healthy habits, taking good care of myself becomes automatic.

  • I exercise regularly.
  • I visit the gym or ride my stationery bicycle at home.
  • I develop a list of activities that I enjoy so that I am prepared for any kind of weather or time crunch.
  • I find the best time of day for me to squeeze a workout or a walk into my schedule.

I incorporate more activity into my daily routine.

  • I climb the stairs instead of riding the elevator.
  • I do some squats or stretching while waiting for my morning coffee to brew.

I eat a nutritious diet.

  • I choose foods that support my health and well-being.
  • I choose whole foods.
  • I choose low sugar drinks and snacks.

I make time for adequate sleep and relaxation.

  • I follow the recommendations of my health care team.
  • I talk with professionals I trust about the latest studies and news so I can apply the information to my own needs.
  • I consciously choose stress-free activities.

Today, I pick up new habits that help me to take better care of my body and mind.

  • I choose the areas that are my top priorities and make positive changes that prepare me for a longer and more rewarding life.

Self-Reflection Questions:
  1. What is one healthy habit I could start working on today?
  2. What are my personal reasons for wanting to be healthier?
  3. How can I ask my loved ones for the support I need to follow a healthy lifestyle?

Judy Blake Blog Passion

Sometimes life feels a bit like you’re just trying to survive.  If you come home from work every day, tired and feeling listless, due to stress or boredom, from the ‘same old, same old’, you may find yourself asking… what is the point?  What is it that I’m living for?

The problem is we have gotten comfortable in our habits.  Many of us work so that we can afford to pay bills and maybe rest.  But then when we do get a chance to rest, we don’t feel very rewarded because ultimately rest normally just means staring at a screen.  Hardly rewarding!

So what will it take to feel alive and enthusiastic about life again?  A vacation is not going to do it long term.  Think about it… you are seriously overdue to getting back in touch with your passion for living.

It calls for a reconnection to your inner architect, and tapping into that genius within. It’s that part of you where you just know you are a natural – whatever it is that you love, you are good at, or desire most.  At one point in your life, it was a dream for you.

All of us have dreams and passions.  And at some point, these dreams and ambitions are what put you on the path you’re on now.  Your aim may have been to work that job just long enough to earn the money you need to fund a dream.  Or perhaps you’re working because you found a partner you love and you were willing to postpone your ambitions for them.

If you’ve lost the motivating reason to work, then you will most likely coast and cruise through life listlessly.

So what do you do?  DREAM, and Dream Big.  No, not a little dream like where you will take your next vacation on your budget, but a dream that pumps you up and stretches you!

Ask yourself:  Why is it that you do what you do?  Where do you see yourself in the future?  What are your beliefs and your values?  What were the things that gave you direction when you were a young teenager?  And how can you get yourself back on your happy track?

The problem is that many of us feel that our passions are ‘childish’ or possibly irresponsible.  If so, we end up just burying them for more respectable aims like ‘being area manager’. But who said that being area manager of a staple company was more respectable than being an activist or an artist?

The point is that you don’t have to give up your job or your responsibilities.  You just have to keep the burning passion alive within, so that you’re pursuing it when you can. When you do this and you remember the ‘why’, then life will once again have meaning and direction.

If you need assistance with getting in touch with that part of you that wants to not only get charged about the dream but would like the support and tools to actualize it, I invite you to take advantage of the free complimentary call to initiate the conversation.

Will you accept my invitation or will you check the TV Guide?

Our thoughts can make or break our dreams. And mindset is the name of the game when designing a great life.

Think on these thoughts and ask yourself if you are paying attention to your thoughts.

Did you know that we have about 65,000 thoughts each day and 90% of them are the same as the previous day overlapping and wiring neural pathways? Each thought is comparable to data in a computer. Enough repetition and the brain, our own hard drive, is programmed whether it is yours or someone else’s thought.

Life Story Judy Blake

There’s a lot of emphasis these days on writing best-selling books.  The good news is everybody has a story. No shortage of material there.  So, here’s the question:

If you were the author of your own life story what would the title of your book be?

Now, how’s that for motivation to start looking at the life you are living?  Would you organize your book by decades, homes, milestones, success or struggles?  What would you want others to read, learn, or take away from your life story?  There are so many poignant moments in life, so first ask yourself:  “Self, are you living a life comprised of 80-90 years or 1 year 80-90 times?” OUCH!

This life is an awesome gift and in the scheme of time – just a blink.  It begs the question, why do we so often waste it on what others think and limit ourselves from getting in touch with the greatness we already are?  Is it really easier to feel safe, comfortable, or drama-free by suppressing what we really want or who we are?

Clichés are such because of their basic truths – LIFE IS SHORT!  If you are not living a life that fully rocks a vision of your talents, joys, gifts, or desires, then you are settling.

What I do know is that we are more powerful beyond measure, more than what we have ever allowed ourselves to realize, think, and be.  To experience the sheer and utter joy of living, step into your inherent magnificence.  We all are geniuses at something.  So set the time aside, start exercising your imagination, and tap into your genius.  The gift of life is coursing through your veins, nudging if not screaming, for your attention and self-expression. Live the vision.

I’m a firm believer that “You are never too old – it’s never too late, as long as you are ALIVE, you are here to create.  Live on Purpose!”

The world is hungry for your wisdom, knowledge, and expertise.  It’s time to be bold, actualize the life you have often dreamed and get busy!

It would be a privilege to allow me to jumpstart you on writing the next best seller!  If you like this or feel inspired to think more about how you live your life, please share with your family and friends.

Start Small and Dream Big

Remember when you were a kid and summer days seemed to linger on forever?  We would lie under a tree and just dream…  or how about when you were ‘little’ and you would just go out and ‘play’.  It was all about using your imagination…  no plan, you just made it up as you went along.  And what about playing “dress up”, sifting through a chest of old clothes and costumes.

An old favorite creative play of mine was Statue Maker.  This is where you would spin around and however you landed, you would create a name to describe yourself in the newly created ‘statue’ form.  Then a ‘buyer’ would hopefully come along and choose you as their treasured purchase.

Where did that imagination go?

The good news is it’s still within the spirit of that little boy or little girl, tucked inside the older self, full of adult “to do” lists and responsibilities.  It’s who we truly are. We genuinely are exquisitely unique, childlike versions of our grown-up selves.  Try tapping into that again.

So this is an invitation to him or her. Ask your little one to come out and play.

Park yourself under a tree (if the weather permits) or somewhere where you are free to just be and daydream.

And wonder…

  • What do I want to be when I grow up?  (Ignore the date on your birth certificate.)
  • Visualize and listen without any censorship!
  • Allow your imagination to free-float.
  • See yourself happy.
  • What pose does your statue make today?
  • What do you like to do?
  • What makes you smile?
  • Where do you live?
  • Who are you playing with?
  • How do you help others?
  • What do you do to make the world around you a happy place?
  • Journal a bit and capture your dreams.
  • Make this a practice – it will reinvigorate and inspire you!
  • Perhaps you start small, but remember even the Statue of Liberty has a larger, greater version of herself.
  • Just start and DREAM BIG!

Call your best friend and ask them to come out and play.

Would love to hear how your imagination inspired you as a child or as an adult!  Please share.

To your most playful dreams!

Positivity begets more positive experiences.

Is your past holding you back?  There is that which you remember and know of your past, and then… there is also that which is unseen, making itself cozy in your subconscious mind.

Feeling Stuck?  Life not looking like you thought it would, or should?  Don’t let your past persuade you from stepping into a great future.

I always say, “Nobody gets through life without stuff”.  Perhaps you had a less than “Leave it to Beaver”-style childhood or endured challenging situations as an adult.  If moving beyond your past has been difficult, make the decision with me now to LIVE in the PRESENT.  Doing so brings more joy and fulfillment to your life and sets you up for a brighter future.  If struggle begets more struggle, then the opposite is true:

Positivity begets more positive experiences.

In the Inner Architect Program, the tools are available to move you into living a life that you design.  Regardless of past experiences, you have the ability to move forward and begin living in the present.

Admittedly, this will require some time and effort, but you can practice any time you like.

Live Consciously.  Try the following to inspire your desire to stay in the moment:

  1. Accept the past. It is what it was; so make peace with it.  Can’t change it.  Learn from it.  Even if it was something you couldn’t control or perhaps you were a victim, get in touch with that.  How did the situation make you feel at the time? Today is a new day.  Even the airlines now require you to reduce the size of your carry-on baggage, or they charge you to carry the extra!  You have carried the baggage around long enough.  Once your feelings are clear to you, you can let go… you are free to fly!  Focus on the flight!
  1. Be clear: YOU ARE NOT YOUR PAST! You may not have realized it until this moment, but you are your own authority of your perception about what happened.  You are now more powerful than ever because of it.  Take what you can learn from the experiences and trash the rest.  The sooner the better.
  1. Let go. Declutter the mind.  It’s a process and it takes awareness.  Go on a negative fast. Imagine a large balloon and fill it with all the negative thoughts of a circumstance or situation and visualize it lifting away out of view, never to be returned.
  1. Do a Life ‘Do Over’. Get your journal.  Write freely without any personal censorship.  Reflect on where you see yourself living:  what kind of work are you doing?  Maybe you’ve spent enough time wishing, hoping and researching, and it is time to take action.
  1. Redesign your life and live the life you choose. You have more personal power than you realize.  If you’ve already got what you want, great!  The purpose of all this is to support you in redesigning your life so that you can live a more meaningful empowered life; full of zest. You were born for greatness.  There’s no time like the present to live the life you want.
  1. Live Fully in each moment. Spend your moments fully engaged in whatever you’re doing right now, regardless of the list of things you have to do.  You’ve probably experienced the frustration and irritation of being involved in one activity while you’re actually thinking about another task or activity you need to complete, an indication of the need to FOCUS in the here and now.
  1. Get in touch with your emotions. Many are honestly afraid to ‘feel’, but our emotions are our hearts speaking to us and asking us to pay attention.  Examine how you feel when you are you energized, or when your mood is low?  What are the triggers of those emotions?  Increase awareness of your own emotions throughout the day as you go from task to task.  Living in the present means living consciously.

Letting go changes your life, empowering you to live a more fulfilling life. Without a good coach or mentor to keep you on track, the subconscious patterns command a strong pull back to your old ingrained habits.  The end result is a treadmill kind of life, repeating the same old, same old… over and over again.  It reminds me of a herd of cows just milling around until it’s their time.

What will it take for you to MOOve into a life that you Love?

I would love to hear from you on this…
