Judy Blake Conceive Believe Achieve

Conceive an idea, Believe it is yours to execute, and Achieve it successfully. GET it?  In doing so, you grow, expand, and thrive.  The most important key to remember is that the idea must come through you.  In other words, something that truly inspires you and that you really want.  There’s nothing more empowering than coming to the realization that you can have, do, and be anything you want!

The problem for most people is that they don’t believe it is possible for them. And yet that is nothing more than a limiting belief. Check that one at the door immediately because it simply is not true.

The old adage “seek and ye shall find” remains as true as ever.  If you look for proof that achieving big goals, big dreams, and living a life of excitement and success is possible… you will find it.

If the inner critic surfaces… and you look for proof that life is difficult, big goals are impossible to achieve, and success is reserved only for a select few… well, you are certain to find that as well.

Over the next couple days you are going to realize that not only is success possible for you, it is inevitable.  Listen to the introduction below and then start the course!

An exciting future awaits you.  Your journey begins now.  Name it, claim it, and let’s get started!

Judy Blake Rediscover Passion

When you were younger you were probably passionate about a zillion things.  Maybe you loved a film so much that you had to watch it every single day.  (Mine was The Wizard of Oz, but I digress.)  Maybe you fancied a girl or guy so much that you would chase their car home after school or ride by their house hoping to catch a glimpse.  Or maybe it was dinosaurs, Legos, Barbie Dolls, dress up, carnivals, sports…  What do those interests say about you?

Whatever it was (is), there are very few kids or teenagers in the world who feel middle of the road about anything.  As a kid you either love it, or you hate it.  That’s called being passionate.

Here comes the “but”.  But if you’re like most people today, then you probably find yourself doing things half-heartedly, seldom excited about anything on a day-to-day basis. Thus the expression… “same old, same old”.  Surely you can do better than that.

  1. Remember Your Old Favorites

Take a walk down memory lane.  The best way to reconnect to your passions is to think about what you used to love in any and all categories.  When you were younger you probably wanted to be an astronaut or a princess or both (think of movies, free play, and Halloween when you were little) and it’s only as we get older that we are told to find something more ‘adult’ to be interested in.

Those old loves are still there, just beneath the surface.  Get in touch with the kid in you. What have you lost touch with?  What was it that caused a spark in you?

And just because you might not realistically become an astronaut (this isn’t one of those articles), that doesn’t mean you can’t still chase a passion for space, or for travel, or for science and new horizons – whatever it was that originally drove you to feel so strongly.

  1. Give it a New Look

Sometimes you will find that you have lost interest in the things that once were so amazing to you, and if that’s the case, no worries.  Just as easily you can also try adding a new spin to an old passion.

For instance, if you used to love cartoons, maybe you would enjoy comic books, or animation.  Maybe a trip to Disneyworld and experience it through a child’s eyes. Rediscovering old passions is about rekindling respect for the past, leading you into new growth and development and not forcing a square peg back into an old, round hole. Have fun with it, and bring more fun and zest into your life.  Paying attention to your passions very often allows you to get clear on living a purpose-filled life.

  1. Share

Please share your passions with me and this blog with a friend…  As a result of my mother’s background and seeing the child star, Shirley Temple, on TV – I loved to tap dance.  It is upbeat, great exercise and lifts my spirits!

Now it’s your turn…

To Passion!

Judy Blake Blog Passion

Sometimes life feels a bit like you’re just trying to survive.  If you come home from work every day, tired and feeling listless, due to stress or boredom, from the ‘same old, same old’, you may find yourself asking… what is the point?  What is it that I’m living for?

The problem is we have gotten comfortable in our habits.  Many of us work so that we can afford to pay bills and maybe rest.  But then when we do get a chance to rest, we don’t feel very rewarded because ultimately rest normally just means staring at a screen.  Hardly rewarding!

So what will it take to feel alive and enthusiastic about life again?  A vacation is not going to do it long term.  Think about it… you are seriously overdue to getting back in touch with your passion for living.

It calls for a reconnection to your inner architect, and tapping into that genius within. It’s that part of you where you just know you are a natural – whatever it is that you love, you are good at, or desire most.  At one point in your life, it was a dream for you.

All of us have dreams and passions.  And at some point, these dreams and ambitions are what put you on the path you’re on now.  Your aim may have been to work that job just long enough to earn the money you need to fund a dream.  Or perhaps you’re working because you found a partner you love and you were willing to postpone your ambitions for them.

If you’ve lost the motivating reason to work, then you will most likely coast and cruise through life listlessly.

So what do you do?  DREAM, and Dream Big.  No, not a little dream like where you will take your next vacation on your budget, but a dream that pumps you up and stretches you!

Ask yourself:  Why is it that you do what you do?  Where do you see yourself in the future?  What are your beliefs and your values?  What were the things that gave you direction when you were a young teenager?  And how can you get yourself back on your happy track?

The problem is that many of us feel that our passions are ‘childish’ or possibly irresponsible.  If so, we end up just burying them for more respectable aims like ‘being area manager’. But who said that being area manager of a staple company was more respectable than being an activist or an artist?

The point is that you don’t have to give up your job or your responsibilities.  You just have to keep the burning passion alive within, so that you’re pursuing it when you can. When you do this and you remember the ‘why’, then life will once again have meaning and direction.

If you need assistance with getting in touch with that part of you that wants to not only get charged about the dream but would like the support and tools to actualize it, I invite you to take advantage of the free complimentary call to initiate the conversation.

Will you accept my invitation or will you check the TV Guide?
